Double's Conches accepts returns and repairs on a case-by-case basis. Controllers sold that do not work as expected upon delivery will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Controllers that begin to cause errors more than 3 weeks after sale will be discussed to find the cause of the issue. Customer may be asked to send photos of controller components for diagnostics. Repairs for these issues will be offered free if determined to be at the fault of assembly by Double's Conches. Regular wear and tear or user-caused damage can only be repaired for standard send-in repair costs.
